  1. Tranquility or anti-stress serum

Mix 10ml of Jojoba and six drops of Lavender oil. Apply on the back of your neck, palm, wrist, pulse points, temples and soles of your feet. This will release your stress and usher in an aura of tranquility.

 

  1. Insomnia blend

A wholesome sleep schedule is a key to good mental health. Add 10ml of Jojoba oil, six drops of Lavender oil and six drops of Neroli oil. Blend them well and apply them on the back of your neck, palm, wrist, pulse points, temples and soles of your feet. This mix acts as a great sleep inducer and helps you beat insomnia.

 

  1. Help your kids focus 

The brunt of the pandemic is equally borne by kids and has impacted their mental health. Add 5-6 drops of a blend of Neroli & Frankincense in the diffuser. It will create a calming atmosphere, which will help kids to relax & focus better when they are studying.
