These words from the Bruno Mars song ‘just the way you are ‘ captured the true essence of beauty in this modern world . The song compliments the natural beauty of one , something to consider today . Didn’t we all once meet someone we just couldn’t get enough of ? Was it the looks or the ‘aura ‘. Maybe it was their confidence, maybe it was the knowledge they possessed or simply their sass.

The aim of this blog is to give you tips on skincare in this quarantine & this make you feel more confident & not play with your insecurities

*Face pack for oily skin *
Ingredients
2 tsp green gram powder ( tip use sprouted green moong to make a powder)
1/2 tsp neem powder
2 tsp orange juice
2 tsp cucumber juice
Mix all the above ingredients. Leave it on your face for 10-15min . Wash thoroughly. It can be applied everyday

*Face pack for dry skin *
Ingredients
2 tsp almond powder
2 tsp oats powder
3 tsp watermelon juice
3 tsp milk
1 tsp honey
Mix all the above ingredients. Leave it on your face for 10-15min . Wash with milk first & then water thoroughly. It can be applied everyday

*Face pack for normal skin *
2tsp papaya paste
2 tsp almond powder
Empty one evion capsule (Vitamin E)
1 tsp almond oil or pure coconut oil
Mix all the above ingredients. Leave it on your face for 10-15min . Wash thoroughly. It can be applied everyday

*Face pack for pigmentation*
2 tsp red masoor daal
2 tsp oatmeal powder
2 tsp almond powder
Some milk for mixing
2-3 drops of lemon
Mix all the above ingredients. Leave it on your face for 10-15min . Wash thoroughly with milk & then water .It can be applied everyday

 

*Scrub for oily skin *
Tomato grated – 3 tbsp
Cucumber juice -1tsp
Coarsely powdered rice powder – 3tsp
Mix all the above ingredients. Moisten you’re face & then massage with your finger tips in circular motion

*Scrub for normal skin *
Grated apple – 3 tbsp
Honey -1tsp
Milk -3tbsp
Mix all the above ingredients. Moisten you’re face & then massage with your finger tips in circular motion

*Scrub for mature skin *
2-3 tbsp powdered green moong dal
2 tbsp oats powdered
2 tbsp coarsely powdered almond
1 tsp honey
2 tsp glycerin
Mix all the above ingredients. Moisten you’re face & then massage with your finger tips in circular motion

The effects of the above face packs will be enhanced by adding proper nutrition , sleep , exercise , meditation & the most important thing – being happy .
